By ordering you acknowledge that you read  the terms and conditions agreement. KGB Baits has the right to change the terms & conditions and / or payment terms at any time.  If you receive items you did not order, please inform KGB Baits. Any errors by KGB Baits have to be shown or reported directly. 

Delivery

The delivery times stated by us are accurately as possible. Exceeding the specified delivery does not entitle you to compensation or the right to cancel your order or the agreement, unless expressly agreed. The time of delivery is the moment when the goods leave our company. If you order is in stock we have a delivery time of about 8 working days.

Contribution delivery

For shipping, checking, transport and delivery of your order, you pay a contribution depending on the payment, the order amount, and possibly the country of destination:

Shipping 

Shipping costs for the United kingdom are 19,- euro for every parcel with a maximum of 30kg

 
Stock

Many products are in stock. It is however possible that an item is temporarily out of stock. In that case you will receive via e-mail or telephone message.

Payment

Upon delivery to the consumer, the payment made in advance or on delivery to take place. For merchants make an agreed payment of 14 days later. The KGB Baits products delivered remain the property of KGB Baits for the full amount owed is paid.

Returns

Products may, within 14 days of receipt be returned if unopened and undamaged, and that the KGB Baits customer has been informed accordingly. Change of address

Customers are required KGB Baits of any change of address to inform.
