Pre-payment

If you choose the advance payment option with the checkout you will receive an invoice into your e-mail account and you need to transfer the total amount into out bank account at Rabobank, Groningen. IBAN: NL37 RABO 0121 4824. You must however take into account the transaction times that some banks use. This can account for up to 5 working days. We will send your order when the full amount is credited into our account.

Shipping

We  will send the ordered product as soon as we receive payment in full in one of our accounts. The faster the transaction, the faster you recieve your products. We mainly work with the DPD courriers. This courier service doesn't deliver on Saturday. We will sent out goods on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

For every parcell up to 30 kg we charge 24,95- euro shipping costs to the UK mainland (England).

For orders over 30kg please contact us and we will make you a special shipping offer.

If you are absent when the parcel is offered or the post is facing delays, you can not recover damages on us.
